Many of our products are delivered to your door by courier. If no-one is in when the courier calls a card will be left asking you to contact them at their local depot. You can then arrange for another delivery date with the courier direct. If no contact is made within 7 days, parcels will be returned and an additional charge will be raised for the items to be re-sent. This service normally takes 2-5 days.
Larger items and more fragile goods are delivered by a specialised delivery company who will ring you to arrange a convenient delivery time. This service can take up to 3 weeks.
Returns Policy
- In the case of damaged or faulty goods, a full refund will be issued or a replacement provided for the faulty item(s). All claims must be made within 2 days of delivery. No claims can be considered after 2 days.
Please note that we are unable to accept cancellation of, or returns for, custom-made items, except where the goods are faulty or damaged when they are delivered to you. - To cancel a contract, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt for a returns number. No items will be accepted without this number. Please pack the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us either at out Wells depot or to one of our suppliers. We will inform you of which. The item must be received within 10 days after the day of the date that the item was delivered to you. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service as all goods are your responsilbility until received by us and any damages in return transit must be paid for by you.
- Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or faulty. Please also note that in such cases our delivery charges are non-refundable.
