A stunning copy of the original work by the Scottish sculptor William Brodie. 1815 – 1881
Brodie was a famous 19th century sculptor who crafted many works, including a marble bust of Queen Victoria for Balmoral.
Corinna was a writer of songs and also a poet in 5th century BC Greece. She is also considered today by scholars as the greatest of lyricists.
This copy of Corinna is made from dry cast Carrara marble, with wonderful detail, and has a cold marble feel to the touch.
