A Superbly Made Bust Of Marcus Junius Brutus. 42 to 85 BC.

Brutus, also known by his legal name Quintus Servilius Caepio Brutus, was a prominent Roman politician and orator who lived between approximately 85 BC and 23 October 42 BC. He is most notably recognized as one of the assassins involved in the murder of Julius Caesar and is often simply referred to by his surname, Brutus. After being adopted by a relative, he adopted his relative’s name and used it as his own legal name.
